First Line iPod Shuffle Meme

I was going to make a meaningful update, but then coreopsis and instrumentality posted this meme and I remembered that months ago I had carefully shuffled my music and written it up but never posted it. So, here it is, the first lines iPod meme:

First Line Meme

Instructions (which have been different for every person I've seen post it, which is as it should be): Put your iPod on shuffle. Take the first 20 songs. Post only the first lines of the lyrics of those songs and see if anyone can guess what songs the lyrics belong to. No Googling allowed!

You will also note that there are 22 songs listed. I did this because #3 and and #9 turned out to be really kind of unfair, so I left them in as super-bonus lyrics. Also, despite the fact that there are over 5,000 tracks on my iPod, this is a shockingly accurate microcosm of my musical tastes. Go figure.
